AntalGenics improves the efficiency of its quality management system with the implementation of ISO 9001: 2015

 

AntalGenics, S.L, company specialised in pharmaceutical and cosmeceutical developments, has begun the implementation of the ISO 9001 standard in its facilities at the Scientific Park of the University Miguel Hernández (UMH) in Elche. The implementation of this Quality Management System, based on continuous improvement processes, reinforces the company’s credibility as a benchmark for quality in its sector as well as its commitment to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. The regulations are implemented under the supervision of Hilván Consultores, S.L, a consultancy specialised in the implementation and maintenance of standards in Quality, Environment and Food Safety.

The application of this Quality Management System to all its areas of work pursues actions such as clearly defining the responsibilities of each department, improving the management of internal processes and improving productivity. Among the different sections addressed in the framework of the regulation, the context of the organisation is defined, the expectations of the parties involved are detailed, risks and opportunities are identified, strategic objectives and goals are defined and documents are properly managed and records.

The correct operation of the implementation is checked and completed with internal audits of the management system, carried out by Hilván Consultores, S.L, and an external audit carried out by an independent certifier. In this way, AntalGenics, S.L. is committed to maintain its Quality System correctly updated  and to comply with market demands satisfactorily.
